Questions about coverage
Do you charge extra to come to Boca Raton or the areas farther from Fort Lauderdale?
We don’t publish prices, and where you are within Broward or Palm Beach doesn’t change how a job gets quoted. You get the same price-before-we-start approach whether you’re in Fort Lauderdale or Boca Raton.
Is my town on your service list?
Our service list runs from Ojus and North Miami up through Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, and on to Palm City and Port St. Lucie. If you don’t see your town above, call and ask. The published list can lag behind where the truck actually goes.
Do you serve Miami-Dade County too?
Yes, part of it. Ojus, Miami, Aventura, Miami Beach, Miami Lakes and North Miami are all on our published service-area list, alongside the full Broward and Palm Beach coverage.
Is a garage door rated differently in Broward and in Palm Beach County?
Yes, and that is the main difference between the town pages. Broward and Miami-Dade towns sit in the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, where every garage door needs a large-missile impact rating. Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie towns are in the Wind-Borne Debris Region, where a solid door without glass only needs a wind-pressure rating.
Do the permit rules change from city to city?
Some details do. Boca Raton has an over-the-counter, same-day permit for a straightforward garage door swap; Palm Beach County’s own brochure requires a permit for overhead doors generally, and Broward jurisdictions require one for construction work too.
